环氧地坪漆在低温下的地坪施工技巧分享

为解决低温无锡环氧地坪施工的一些操作方法,不过在低温条件下,环氧地坪漆施工难度更大,并且固化反应速度也更慢,这代表需要更长的时间进行固化,而在此时,缓慢干燥的表面更容易受到空气浮尘、湿气等的影响,因此需要有更好的环氧地坪施工后的防护措施,包括防尘防水等等。环氧涂料的固化过程是环氧树脂与固化剂形成交联互接的过程,两种材料从原来的液态反应生成固态的漆膜结构,这个反应过程受到温度、湿度、温差变化、通风状况等等许多因素的影响,每一个因素的变化,都会引起相应的许多不良风险。受施地面温度不低于5℃,为了解决这个问题,环氧地坪施工时需要做相应的优化方案,具体如下:

1、提高室温

当地表温度低于5℃时,需要先封闭施工场所,利用供暖设备把室温提升到5℃以上,并作一定时间的稳定之后再施工,如果没有供暖设备,可以采用热风机吹送的方法,把高温气体吹向受施地面。

早晚时段的温度通常会比较低,施工时可以避开这两个时间段,把施工时间安排在早上10点以后,由于10点后的气温会逐步上升,这对于在低温环境下的环氧地坪漆固化,会更有利,并且温差的变化不会太大,降低了固化跨度大的负面影响。

3、适当添加溶剂

气温过低的情况下,固化反应缓慢,并且漆液的黏度会加大,不易流动,此时加入小于5%的挥发性更高的溶剂,可以提升流动性,使漆液具有更好的施工效果,此类溶剂有:丙酮、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯等等。

At this time, adding less than 5% volatile solvents can improve the fluidity and make the paint have better construction effect. Such solvents are acetone, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and so on.

4、对涂料预热

在调配材料之前,把涂料存放于温暖的环境让其温度保持在较高状态也可以提升低温施工的效果,也可以采用外加热的方法,如使用蒸汽、热水、热风进行加热,使材料在38℃以内温度下,然后再进行调配使用。

其中的温度对于固化的化学反应影响非常之大,通常环氧地坪漆施工要求气温在5℃-30℃之间最为适宜,不过我国地域辽阔,气候多样,往北走向,许多地区大部分时间会处于温度较低的情况,这对于环氧地坪漆施工非常不利。
