环氧地坪施工中出现水波纹的原因及解决办法

环氧地坪出现水纹情况在简易施工或者施工要求不是太高的项目中比较常见,这是由于地面情况、漆膜厚度等综合影响的原因;而在专业的无锡环氧地坪漆施工方案中,由于环氧底漆解决了地面吸收的问题,环氧中涂解决了平整度的问题,这些都给面漆施工打好了基础,所以出现水纹的情况有所缓解,特别是在自流平面漆使用时,可以达到非常高的表面一致性。在环氧地坪漆施工项目中,很多时候施工过程非常正常也非常顺利,但是在漆膜固化之后,就出现了类似于水波荡漾一样的波纹,特别是在灯光斜角折射时,大量的波浪状反射显得环氧地坪非常不平整,而这种情况出现后,几乎是没有办法改善的。要预防大量水波纹的出现,首先是要了解清楚是什么情况引发了这种现象,下面小编总结一下:

1、环氧地坪施工地面不平整最易产生水纹

2、地面吸收不均匀产生水纹

3、温差引发的水纹现象

环氧漆表面固化时间约为8小时左右,实干即需要24小时左右,达到完全的性能强度,则需要7天的时间,这个固化过程中,温度变化过大时,容易造成不同温度条件下的固化反应速度不同,在漆膜内产生应力变化的情况,应力变化就容易产生表面平整不一致的情况。

因此,在环氧地坪漆施工的时候,尽可能选择温度变化不会太大的时间段进行,如果没办法避免的话,也应对场地进行保护,人为改善温差过大的情况。

4、空气流动性过大引起水纹

如果漆膜施工完成之后,场地内不断有阵风流动时,漆膜受到阵风吹拂,便会产生波动,在慢慢的固化之后便形成水纹。

5、漆膜过薄引起的水纹

在薄涂型无锡环氧地坪方案施工中,由于漆膜过薄,成膜过程中内部应力不易控制,所以成膜之后平整度低也是比较常见的,通过多次施工可以提升漆膜效果,但是为了达到更好的表面平滑效果,则建议使用漆层更为饱厚的自流平环氧漆进行施工。自流平漆可以有更高的施工厚度,密度更大,分子间的压力也更大,这样就提升了相邻分子的统一性,因此施工后会有高度的一致性,同时它也能覆盖许多原地面不平整的情况,达到最佳效果。
